Two ways to go about doing this:

• Search and replace to remove all TABLE, TR, TH, TD tags, or
• Copy and paste the content out of the browser
• Either way, surround the content with DIVs
• Mark it up according to your DOCTYPE
• Give the DIVs IDs from Step 3.
